The thirty chocolate buttermilk cupcakes I made for a friend’s birthday were a hit! They turned out light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. I frosted them with peanut butter cream cheese frosting and added a decoration of chocolate chips.
I have two cups of buttermilk left. Tomorrow I will make a pan of buttermilk corn bread to compliment the chili we are having for dinner. The last cup will make a batch of biscuits for the freezer.
